Sydney Morning Herald
pressTo be sure, 21 Bridges, directed by Brian Kirk, is a slightly unusual Hollywood cop thriller for 2019, in that even the improbabilities are human-scaled.

IGN
pressWhile the destination is too easy to determine, this ride-along is solidly thrilling.

IndieWire
press"21 Bridges" wedges in a thrilling concept to an occasionally tense but largely predictable cop drama.

Variety
pressDark, cynical, and nearly slick enough to disguise how stupid it is. Nearly.

Hollywood Reporter
pressUnlikely, far-fetched and downright preposterous events duke it out for bragging rights in 21 Bridges, 104 minutes of nocturnal big-city crime action that's amped up to a borderline ridiculous level of nearly uninterrupted violence.

Total Film
pressA generic cop thriller that rumbles along thanks to a quality cast but ultimately offers nothing fresh.

Empire Magazine
pressA refreshing break from VFX-laden spectaculars and a throwback to the pulpy cop thrillers of yesteryear, if not quite strong enough to ensure that Boseman's righteous cop gets his own franchise.
